The wobble hypothesis
(A) accounts for the conformational loosenss of the amino acid acceptor
stem of tRNAs that allows sufficient flexibility for the peptidyl-tRNA
and aminoacyl-tRNA to be brought together for peptide formation
(B) accounts for the ability of some codons to be recognized by more than
one anticodon
(C)explains the occasional errors made by the aminoacyl-tRNA synthesis
(D) explains the oscillation of the peptidyl-tRNA between the A and P site
on the ribosome
(E) assumes steric freedoms in the pairing of first(5')nucleotide of the
codon and third(3') nucleotide of the anticodon
