我想要做gene的mutagenesis
利用PCR的方法
但是我剛剛看current protocols
The average number of mutations per template increases as a function of
the number of doublings in the EP-PCR reaction (Table 8.3.1).
It should be noted that it is the number of doublings that is the determining
factor, rather than the number of EP-PCR cycles.
我想請問一下 PCR doubling既然不是cycle的話 到底是什麼呢 感謝唷
