[問題] 關於fingerprinting
最近看了一篇paper對於內容提到指紋分析的部份有些疑問
請各位高手幫幫忙
Fingerprinting analysis (ribopattern) of total cellular DNA was performed using
a robotized instrument (Qualicon Inc., Wilmington Delaware USA) with two
restriction enzymes, PvuII and EcoRI. The obtained fragments (1 to 35 kb) were
separated by electrophoresis and hybridized with phosphorescently labelled
whole ribosomal operon of E. coli
ribopattern 這是代表什麼意思呢?
那為什麼要用whole ribosomal operon of E. coli雜合?
