就丟一個含 promoter+ORF+3'-UTR 的片段就可以了?
饒了我吧, 你總要把這段塞進一個 vector 裡吧, 這個 vector 總要
有一些東西, 比如說 T-DNA 的 LB/RB region. 這個就叫載體, 好不好?
目前在植物界除了 virus, 就是使用 T-DNA 來做 stable transgenic
plant. 不過如果你真的有這種不需載體就能轉的 protocol, 麻煩你給
我一些 referance paper, 我拿給我們的轉殖室, 這樣我們以後就輕鬆
了.
