Please write a report on one of the following topics.
1. Structure-based drug discovery.
2. Protein-DNA interactions.
3. Proteomics.
4. Novel biological discovery from extremophiles.
Choose 2-3 related original papers in 2005-2006 from Nature
(and related journals such as Nature Medicine, etc), Science,
Cell, Molecular Cell, PNAS, & EMBO J. as your major references.
You may refer to other papers if necessary.
Try to write it in a manner as if you are writing an Editorial
Review or Comment, i.e., not just cut-and-paste.
Please do not use papers from Dr. Andrew Wang’s or your advisor’s
group.
