【工作內容】
- Ability to properly follow protocols, procedures, and instruction, and
document all work in notebook.
- Differentiate iPSCs into immune cells, cell culture.
- Design and perform molecular biology and immunological experiments,
including in vitro genetic manipulation, characterize immune function
in vitro by immune assays (flow cytometry, killing assay…etc) and
cell biological/biochemical assays (proliferation assay, luciferase assay…
etc), and possible in animal model.
- Perform daily laboratory maintenance tasks including ordering reagents,
maintaining stocks, and aliquoting solutions, etc.
- Engage colleagues in scientific discussion, present scientific data to
internal and external audiences.
【徵才條件】
‧ Master degree in the field of Immunology, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular
Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
‧ Ability to work on weekends for iPSC cell culture and differentiation,
take turns to be on duty.
‧ Minimum two years extensive laboratory experience (laboratory experience
during master training is applicable) in mammalian cell culture,
cell biology, molecular biology, DNA/RNA preparation, PCR and
immunolabeling.
‧ Immunological experimental experience, including flow cytometry,
panel design, cell sorting, ELISA and immune cell culture, and
bioinformatic experience will be a plus.
‧ The successful candidate should have excellent communication and teamwork
skills.
‧ Self-motivated, self-managed and willing to take multi-task and work
efficiently.
‧ Continuous learning and the ability to acquire new knowledge to meet job
requirements.
‧ Be able to work under pressure.
‧ Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.

月薪45000以上
