【工作內容】
We aim to create a robust CO2 conservation, fixation and conversion
platform. Specifically, we purpose an artificial carbon fixation scheme
which uses reducing power generated from electricity for driving the biological
CO2 fixation.
工作內容大致包含:
1. Protein engineering
2. Strain evolution
3. Plasmid cloning
4. CRISPR genome editing
