【工作內容】
‧Coordinate operational programming for Site Intelligence Data Assets and
Systems (e.g. relevant IMPACT modules, PAREXEL Survey Tool, other tools)
‧Analyze data on site inventory to determine outreach requirements to ensure
an adequate pool of investigators to meet PAREXEL needs
‧Work with Site Intelligence Leaders (SIL) to troubleshoot problems and enhance
Site Intelligence Systems
‧Identify processes to promote data integrity, data collection/cleaning, and
efficient workflow
‧Develop and coordinate Investigator outreach plans to expand and improve the
global pool of qualified investigators
‧Maintain system documentation and manuals
‧Coordinate training of new staff and other groups on Site Intelligence systems
and related tools. Act as a mentor for less experienced staff.
‧Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and other systems as
needed
‧Ensure work adheres to applicable regulatory and legal requirements, and PAREXEL
Standard Operating Procedures
‧Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships

objective manner

Skills
裏Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions
independently based on judgment.
‧Proficiency with database applications. Advanced Excel and/or MS Access
skills
冲Accurate and detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills

Education
羣University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Health informatics. Experience in a
clinical research or healthcare setting a plus.
Language Skills
担Competent in oral and written English. Additional languages a plus.
Minimum Work Experience
裏Significant analytic and database experience, preferably in a clinical research or healthcare setting.
