[閒聊] 認真跑步+喝1000cc以上水皮膚好像有變好
首先這是我第一次Po文,如有不妥,懇請見諒
正文開始~~自從去年6月換工作,壓力很大,原本下巴就容易長痘痘的我,連臉頰都開始
長,跟以前同事吃飯,他們都有點嚇到,中醫,西醫,芳療,減法保養等等等都試過,但
效果都不大,原本就長得很普通,身材也不好,對自己完全沒自信,以前皮膚還沒很差,
還蠻愛自拍的XD,但皮膚變差,完全不想拍照……
不過這幾天發現,痘疤好像有淡一點,原本就會一周去一次健身房跑步的我,現在變成去
2次,也買個1000cc的水瓶,強迫自己一天最少要喝到1500cc

照片是三星S7前鏡頭無美肌模式,皮膚很差的時候,只找到6/18一張紀錄的照片,痘疤真
的有點淡掉,當然我還是有擦一些淡疤產品,不過覺得運動跟水似乎還是加速新陳代謝!
!??
真的好希望就慢慢變回以前的皮膚吧,我好想素顏就可以出門><
