[心得]便宜簡單的護唇方法

因為我本身的嘴唇也很容易乾裂
特別是季節交替跟冬天的時候
我的嘴唇就會一直脫皮
我也買過很多不同的護唇膏來試
但效果都不太持久 可能一小時內又要再補
後來我找到了一個保養嘴唇的好方法
而且隨手可得
1.凡士林潤唇膏( 當然如果你有其她認為滋潤的護唇膏也可以試試看)
2.保鮮膜

首先我先在自己嘴唇上塗上一層凡士林
記得要買的是護唇膏的唷 有分身體跟護唇的~
再來就是將保鮮膜覆蓋在嘴唇上
這樣的時間差不多約10~12分鐘

而且拿下來之後
用指腹稍微安摩一下嘴唇周圍
可以增加血液循環
避免嘴唇暗沉 很有效
而且可以持續半天都不會覺得嘴唇乾乾的!!!
真的很神奇!!!!
