[請益] 大家的膠原蛋白都怎麼吃
之前聽朋友說她吃了十幾罐明治,但是都沒什麼效果
朋友以前是個超級豆花臉,凹疤痘疤一大堆
某個暑假她去臺中看了李芳樑,遵循早睡跟飲食控制,那個暑假之後她就變回水煮蛋的肌
膚了
雖然她的臉是乾肌,但是看不到毛孔跟疤痕
皮膚都已經這麼好了,最好是吃明治會看得到效果啦 =皿=
(以上無關主題哈哈XDD)
正文開始~~~~
就在我半個月前開始吃明治之後,發現明治在我身上產生了很顯著的效果
我臉上之前的凹疤至少平了一半,不是十個疤少了五個哦!
那種感覺是十個深1公分的疤變成十個深0.5的疤!!!
(這只是比喻哦,最好疤可以這麼深( ̄▽ ̄)
而且我的法令紋澎得超不平均,覺得笑起來臉都有點歪了
但是最困擾我的一點,就是那個腥味我遲遲無法找到方法解決
試過巧克力調味乳跟早餐店奶茶,可是腥味還是非常明顯
版上有版友提供不要攪散的方法,就讓他成塊成塊地下肚
可是在吞的時候舌頭會去壓到哇~~~
想請問大家的明治都陪什麼吃呢?
希望可以是飲料之類的~因為我不太想加進熱食裡(>_<)
