[請益] 膠原蛋白粉與蛋白粉
最近想要入手很多板友推薦的costco膠原蛋白
但目前手上已經有蛋白粉(類似健身營養品)
想請問 膠原蛋白一日通常會攝取5g
如果又有再攝取蛋白粉的蛋白質5g
是不是會太多了?
還是這兩者並無相干呢?
因為不想要過度攝取(而且平常還有喝豆漿的習慣...)
結果最後根本是浪費 所以上來請教一下
想要固定一個時間吃膠原蛋白
而睡前吃跟起床空腹吃的人都有
如果早上起床喝完馬上吃早餐會影響吸收嗎?
膠原蛋白很多人都說讓皮膚Q彈還有淡化皺紋
不知道對痘疤或改善膚質有沒有好幫助?
(本人很容易長痘留疤>_<)
