[問題] 最早回到家都過八點,晚餐選擇
想減肥,都建議晚餐過了八點就不宜進食
但是...我如果正常下班(六點)
回到家都快八點了...(通車時間長).-..-
根本達不到"過八點不進食"
而如果進食都建議 4~6小時後在入睡比較不會囤積脂肪
問題又來了-..- 每天都要六點起床
也達不到"4-6小時等食物消化"...
導致抓不到用餐時間(一忙起來都快下班)
也不知道該如何選擇晚餐.
(下班到超商買東西在車上吃...也不太可能...附近偏僻到
無任何商家-..-)
....冏..請求各位達人
