[問題] 我…的…膝…蓋
原PO想從肥宅變回颯爽好青年,原本每天跑步機慢跑半小時(2分走1分跑交替),但過了半個月馬上右腳膝蓋發炎,大崩潰。
不知不覺過三個月,又胖起來了。唉,想回來繼續跑,但自己很怕膝蓋又發炎,到底該如何是好?
