[問題] 大夜班是否減肥無望?
換上大夜近半年了,又是個整夜坐著盯電腦的工作,
這半年來又一直變胖,想請問非得上大夜的減肥方法?
運動時間跟需要吃些什麼來提升新陳代謝嗎?
不想在靠一些減肥藥物,那只有復胖的命啊!!
