[問題] 無法改變的腿圍?
舞蹈老師說:
腿的形狀固定了,是瘦不下來的.
只能拉長或變結實(指肌肉).
(她本身是纖細型的女生,舞蹈底子超強)
同樣是上半身纖細型的舞蹈老師,
一位的腿很有肌肉感,一位腿纖細得不像運動員
指導的運動項目與時間雷同.
我這一年來每天兩小時的有氧+瑜珈
從48->44kg(目前遇瓶頸了( ̄口 ̄)!!)
減少三吋腰圍,
腿的尺寸紋風不動!囧rz
真令人沮喪( ̄. ̄)
一切都是基因作祟嗎?
PS.我媽咪的腿是結實型的~
我想嘗試把體重降到40KG(我153CM)
問過跟我差不多高的女性友人,
食量運動量都超大,50歲了體重維持在40KG
身體肌肉.但外觀太瘦弱.
我要是真的降到40KG,上半身是瘦的,下半身看起來有60公斤也不妥啊!
肌肉量不足會有骨折危險,肌肉無法保護內臟骨頭也不健康,
真的無法靠運動瘦腿嗎?
有哪位網友很明顯的瘦腿了呢?
