[問題] 可以想到就吃的水果
如題..
餐與餐中間 都會很想吃東西
這幾天 天天都吃四顆300~400G的芭樂 連籽籽都吃掉
早餐前 中午前 晚餐前 晚餐後
這樣 ="= (這還不包在每天固定吃的水果裡面..)
芭樂或蘋果 是想吃就可以來一大顆的嗎?
如果真的要選的話 一天吃這麼多顆 蘋果還是芭樂會比較好?
