[問題] 跳鄭多燕1個月後...
本人跳鄭多燕小紅帽+墊子操
一個禮拜跳5次左右 一次跳兩片
體重沒下降,但想說對身體好就繼續跳
也沒量體脂~
最近比較忙偷懶了一個禮拜沒跳
突然發現手臂的肉硬硬的
才驚覺這是"肌肉"嗎?
我是圓身型的
上圍較豐滿~自然而然手臂也很"粗勇"
好擔心長肌肉會比掰掰袖更難瘦阿
害我每次跳小紅帽最後1part動作都不敢堅持下去
懷疑是那個動作練成的
到底是肌肉好還是要換其他受手臂的運動呢?
好苦惱壓~~~~~
