[問題] 我到停滯期了
花了大概半年減了11公斤左右!
(都是該死的高三考試!!)
回到以前54kg但我才156(BMI正常)
但好像一直停滯很久....
我平時幾乎三餐都正常晚餐吃很少
(有吃到基代)
會搖呼拉圈運動
最近想要快點下降體重把白飯換成糙米飯了
好想快點瘦到46~48
有什麼方法可以讓體重快點下降嘛?
停滯期真的很煩人....
