[閒聊] 運動讓我更健康
熱愛運動的時間差不多一年
最瘋狂的時期 是去年暑假七八月
早上五點半起床 快速準備 騎大概十分鐘的車
去附近爬山
爬完山回家準備簡單梳洗 換衣服去準備上班
有時候晚上體力比較好 還會踩半小時腳踏車
我真的很愛爬山
爬階梯大概十五分鐘 調整好呼吸 大量冒汗其實很舒服
然後爬到一個點 接到山路 我就會開始跨大步伐走路
訴求不是快 反而是每個步伐都感覺拉到臀部在走路
走山路時間大概四十分鐘
試試看一個月這樣爬 下半身會瘦很快
不過現在上班上課時間變比較少 但一個禮拜都會去爬山兩天
