[問題] 該怎麼在瘦下去呢
從3/12開始運動
到4/16 是運動第30天
這第一個月 大腿從19.25吋→18.25吋
臀圍也有瘦 34→32.25吋
從4/16後到現在 運動快滿60天了
可是大腿只從18.25→18吋
臀圍沒有變
從後側去捏大腿的肉 捏起來的是有彈性的肉
不是那種軟軟的肉
請問大家我的大腿還可以在瘦下去嗎?
大腿內側還是覺得有凸出來 不平順
想要瘦到17吋
該怎麼做呢???
