[問題] 如何讓自己瘦得更快
之前多虧大家的建議,我開始跳鄭多燕之後真的有變瘦,但是體重一直卡在七字頭下不來!!!
因為本人目標是五字頭,所以我想請問大家的意見...
我應該是要去健身房好呢還是走路去上課?!
或是大家有沒有更好的建議?
雖然大家都說體重不是重點,但站上體重機那刻還是會失落啊!!
