[問題] 我熱量攝取太少但一點也不餓
如題,減重第一天記下食物的熱量,
早餐:248卡(義大利麵、水果)
午餐:502卡(飯、蛋)
晚餐:170卡(冬粉、魚、蔬菜)
一天下來好像太少了,不太OK,
但肚子一直很飽,沒有節食的感覺,
也沒有空位可吃其他東西補到1000卡以上,
想請問如果不覺得餓還有必要撐到超過1000卡以上為止嗎?
(以健康而非減重速效為優先考量的話)

我在上面的網站算出如果想減重的話,
每天至少需要攝取1100卡。
和現在的比少了200百左右,
這樣是不是不健康?
