三餐內容
早餐:吐司/三明治、茶葉蛋、鮮奶茶
午餐:一大盆青菜吃到飽、少許麵/飯類
晚餐:(4點半前)青菜豆腐湯、蘋果或沙拉
其他:
嘴饞時-喝水
晚上睡覺肚子超餓時-桂格燕麥片
日常作息時間:
8:00~17:00 座著的上班族
17:00~21:00座著的學生族
23:00~07:00躺著的睡覺族
生活型態:上班族、學生族
減肥方式:
每周末定期打羽毛球2小時
能走路變走路、能站著絕不坐著
問題陳述:不知道為什麼瘦了一公斤後,一直卡在那個瓶頸裡!!!
