[減肥] 從L到XS之路

日常作息時間:八點起床,中午午睡半小時,晚上兩點睡
生活型態:OL
其實只是想來鼓勵大家不要覺得瘦不下來,一切都是毅力阿!!!
我從去年年初開始減重,一直持續到現在大概一年半多了
提供一下最初跟最近的數字,兩相比較之下就非常清楚了
體重:63 -> 48.5 kg
體脂:33.6 -> 24.6 %
BMI:27 -> 20.7
手臂圍:28.5 -> 24.5 cm
腰圍: 87 -> 74 cm
腹圍: 92 -> 81.5 cm
臀圍: 100 -> 88 cm
大腿圍:62.5 -> 52 cm
小腿圍: 36.5 -> 33 cm
減重的方式其實非常簡單 老話一句,少吃多動
去年比較勤勞的時候一週上兩次健身房,游泳一次
現在幾乎都是一週兩天健身房,健身房做的運動是滑步機25 mins
跑步機25 mins,伸展10 mins,還沒有常是過重訓
吃東西的話早午餐正常吃,晚餐少吃,幾乎很少喝飲料跟吃零食
這段時間以來改變我最多的就是,吃東西前我會多考慮
不再像以前一樣想吃什麼就立馬跑去吃
以前衣服都穿M~L,現在都是XS...真的快哭出來
另外瘦這麼多,我沒有皮鬆鬆的問題,我自己猜
可能是因為並不是一昧節食而是有搭配運動
所以比較緊實,加上每天我都會全身擦乳液+三不五時按摩一下
就醬!! 共勉之~~ 真的是瘦的下來的!!
