[問題] 有沒有平常上班可以偷做的瘦腿運動
大腿跟小腿的肉都非常的鬆軟
尤其大腿肉多到好像要滿出來了= =
看了很多瘦腿的瑜珈或動作
但是每天下班後實在沒甚麼時間可以確實做
想請問有沒有甚麼動作是可以在上班或坐公車時偷偷做
