[問題] 要怎麼瘦大腿兩邊的肉呢
最近幾年 大概是因為坐著的時間太多
大腿外側的肉越來越多了
每次都被說兩邊的肉凸出來 穿褲子也不好看
不知道做什麼樣的運動有效呢??
平常都是走路.搭捷運.公車.爬樓梯 比較沒有時間在外面運動
不過在家裡可以做瑜珈
但是哪些動作對瘦大腿外側比較有效呢??
請大家多多指教^^
