[閒聊] 嗚~~我的腿真的沒救了.....
小時候太好動,喜歡跑跑跳跳
又喜歡爬山那些(都是腿部運動)
把兩條腿養得又粗又壯...
前陣子給自己測3000m,跑出16分半
平常跑跑步機一次都是6000m/40mins
好處是,每個人一聽到我的體重(161/48)
都很驚訝的說看不出來有這麼重耶!
(因為重量都集中在腿部啊~~~~)
還有跟朋友出去玩總是最後才累的那個
壞處就是穿短裙短褲根本不能見人啊~~>"<
每次看到雜誌上那些兩條腿美美的麻豆
就好生羨慕........
而且這個又不像肥肉還可以靠減肥抽脂解決的
我朋友說大概只有打石膏強迫自己不要動
三個月下來看能不能細一點囉~
(這哪有可能啊~)
嗚~~~我註定要跟長裙長褲相處一輩子了~QQ
