[問題] 停滯期怎麼辦
到了停滯期怎麼辦
我每天大概運動2小時
跑步機速度6.5-7.2
快走或慢跑
可是體重已經持續兩個禮拜都沒有下降了
慢跑跟腳踏車
哪種熱量消耗的比較快
因為跑步感覺好像比較累
體重都沒下降 好挫折ˊˋ
怎麼辦??
