[問題] 對於重訓的疑問
剛剛看完FITNESS板的置底
對重訓有個小疑問(但我很俗辣不敢再那裡PO文XD)
就是他說重訓應該是要訓練比較瘦的地方
練胖的地方只會越練越醜
把瘦的地方練壯可以讓全身看起來比較勻稱
我想請問 如果我的大腿很粗勇(不,是肥)
那是不是不可以再做大腿肌肉的重訓?
可是我覺得我大腿很沒力耶= =
本來的想法是練大腿肌肉
然後在做有氧的時候可以多消耗點大腿的脂肪
所以這個想法是不正確的囉?QQ
然後,置底文中有講說肌肉可以在日常生活幫助脂肪的消耗
重訓還是必需的,
我也想之後可以瘦得有線條
那那...我該把重訓的部位FOCUS在手臂跟肚子上嗎?
麻煩大家幫我解解惑了 感激不盡!!
