1.買便當~吃滷雞腿居多
2.買7-11的咖理飯(熱量127大卡)
晚餐
我媽煮的...(亂七八糟,我也不知道怎算卡路里)
而且不能不吃---老人家會罵
不吃消夜,不喝飲料。只喝水
都沒在運動...回家和上班都是在電腦前面...(工作和興趣都和電腦)
請問大家,這樣我需要怎麼瘦身....
