[問題] 愛喝咖啡要怎搭配飲食
我是要重考研究所的人
所以常用咖啡來提神
但市面上只有西雅圖的咖啡我才會有提神效果
很多都試過 沒效
但是我一天至少6包才能維持我清醒狀態(早3包 午3包 有時候晚上再2包)
一包99卡 等於我一天的熱量就去掉一半了
基代約1200左右
請問我如果飲食的部分改成吃早餐跟午餐 晚餐不吃的話
有可能減肥嗎
試過正常三餐吃 可是體重就一直增加
我又每天在圖書館唸書 只要回去宿舍30分的運動
附註:早上吃火腿蛋三明治加咖啡
午餐吃小7的國民便當加咖啡
晚上吃湯麵/乾麵 任選其一搭配
