[問題] 這樣吃法可行嘛
早上吃一包統一米粉
中午吃一個便當 豆腐玉米高麗菜跟飯(1.5碗吧)
晚餐內容同中餐
每餐都會有水果 蘋果 芭樂etc.
運動大概就是騎腳踏車30分這樣
這樣會瘦嘛 還是我哪裡要修改阿
