[待批] 下定決定要來減肥的菜單
原本就已經不瘦的我,在上班後狂胖了八公斤~~~我快哭了>"<
為了怕我男友不要我、可以穿上美美的衣服,快快來減肥~~~~
身高:165,體重:63.6
期望體重:48
希望每周可瘦0.5~1KG
早餐:去邊烤吐司(花生、草莓、奶油) or 肉鬆沙拉三明治 + 無糖紅茶
香蕉1根 + 統一無糖優酪乳
午餐:阿媽的愛心便當 or 40元自助餐(全菜類+半碗飯,因為太油了,會過水)
下午茶:每朝烏龍茶 + 水果一份(芭樂、蕃茄等醣類較少的)
晚餐:7-11沙拉
偶而會跟同事、男友吃大餐,隔天會減少食量or執行單日斷食清腸胃
運動:每天走路30min
每周騎單車2hr
以上~~~請各位達人幫我看看這樣的菜單是否有問題
