[待批] 這樣的菜單加運動量..可以嗎?
目前早餐:幾乎都一份蛋餅+一杯豆漿
午餐:水餃10顆左右 或炒飯 或煎餃10顆
晚餐:都是菜比較多 偶爾會來半碗飯
每天運動:40分鐘的X-BIKE 阻力3 速度大約21~25左右 超過40分鐘後 屁股會很痛...
請問這樣的菜單跟運動量OK嗎? 之前有減過肥 差不多減了快10公斤但又復胖回來了
這次已經下定決心了...因為我為了她 真的要"撩下去啦" 謝謝大家
目前已持續12天 體重下降中
