[問題] 吃了再運動.....有效嗎???
今天口腹之慾發作,中午衝動的去M買了份大麥可餐XD,還多加了一份草莓聖代...orz
這一禮拜每天努力踩健身車,今天吃了熱量超高的午餐~
晚上努力踩,前幾天我大都是踩30~40分鐘,今天卯起來踩了60分鐘,顯示850cal~
.........有用嗎????
我知道減肥健身中,還吃這種東西是不對的.......但我就是很難克制對食物的渴望....
也想請問一下,我5天前量腹圍,剛才再量竟然多了約5公分XD....
而且在踩健身車時,若是身體往前傾,大腿會推到腹部的肉,這樣對身體會有影響嗎??
之前不會的說XD.....
我每天的排便都滿正常的~不過有時會吃纖體暢快錠(非廣告),這樣OK嗎??
