[問題] 大腿內側
爬了文,
瘦大腿內側大家共通的辦法就是大腿夾書/紙。
我坐著的時間比較久,
我試過夾書。
可是,我的疑問是…
當大家在做``夾``書/紙這個動作的時候,
腳底是平放還是踮腳尖?
還是其實沒有差?
