[問題] 運動三星期 大腿瘦兩吋多 這樣算快還是慢?
大家好~
我有吃到基代以上
主要的運動是靠踩x-bike
幾乎每天一定會踩30-40分
心跳都會讓它130up
常常整個肚子和背都是汗
汗多到會滴到地上這樣 冏
有時會加搖個呼拉圈
大概是從三月快底時到現在
用皮尺量了自己各地方的尺吋
發現大腿瘦了兩吋多
腰瘦了一吋左右
這兩個地方是瘦的數字較多的
感覺最明顯的是肚子和小腹有變小
穿衣服都變鬆了不少...
可是
我發現我越來越有瘦身恐慌了
因為外在根本變化的很微小
穿上衣服看自己還是會覺得 根本一樣阿!
就會慢慢覺得 "蛤 才這樣 是不是太慢了"
可以請問
這樣子的速度瘦下去 是正常嗎?還是太慢了呢?
我朋友都快受不了我 一直覺得我給自己壓力太大了~
