[建議] 暴食之後
剛剛晚餐不小心暴食了....
吃了一塊蔥油餅,六片絲特莉餅乾,四根星巴克咖啡蛋捲和幾口大紅豆泥。
啊...好想哭喔...
明明就在減肥又吃那麼多...超煩的
想請問各位在暴食之後的隔天阿,飲食要做討整嗎?
是要就正常吃呢?還是就吃蔬菜水果之類清淡的呢?
很想瘦下來,但是禁不起食物的誘惑,常常不小心就暴走了...
前一年很誇張幾乎兩天都會暴食一次,今天吃很多隔天又幾乎吃很少很少,
而且每次都吃超撐肚子都會很大,很懷疑自己是不是有暴食症...
現在是有比較好了,已經不會再像之前那樣常常暴食,
不過有時還是會突然大吃特吃,很不喜歡這樣的自己..暴食完都告訴自己說
這是最後一次了不能再這樣了但過一個禮拜又會暴走...真不知道該怎麼辦...
現在的飲食都會注意到均衡飲養,三餐都會好好吃,請各位版有幫我看看這樣行不行
早:全麥吐司兩片夾很多美生菜不加醬,有時會喝一瓶無糖豆漿
午:學校的便當(飯肉不吃完不吃油炸的)或滷味(兩樣菜一份豆類有時會加一份麵不加醬)
晚:在家吃,自己做的洋蔥海帶芽鮪魚沙拉(沒有醬)和蔬菜湯(沒有調味料)
運動的話是每天都有做,就是玩wii
會做裡面的有氧40分鐘和瑜珈重訓20分鐘。現在很喜歡跑慢跑,覺得可以動到全身
而且會大量流汗感覺很棒!
不過我想再問有在慢跑的各位,慢跑會瘦手臂嗎?本人手臂在女生中很粗說...
而且慢跑快兩個禮拜了感覺大腿只有瘦一點點說...
但慢跑真的很舒服!會動到全身很棒!
問的問題有點多..真不好意思...
因為已經瘦身很久了,但常常都不能控制自己的食欲...很懊惱
我身高163,體重60,想瘦到50以下阿。之前國中胖到75,升上高中有警覺靠著少吃
運動變瘦,之後到現在大三就瘦不下來了...
不知道是不是因為大二那時常常暴食所以身體新陳代謝變差了。
現在是有慢慢再調整過來不過偶而還是又會暴走..很想瘦掉胖胖手臂和肥肥大腿
