[問題] 天生腿型與體脂的問題
標題不知道要怎樣打,因為有兩問題想要問問,
所以就直接把關鍵字打在標題上了,
問題一:
是關於體脂一直降不下來的問題,
我身高166 體重50 BMI18 從很久以前就一直維持著這樣,
但體脂是在三個月前量的,25.5...
我有在運動,半年開始的,但不算運動的很勤,不過一個禮拜至少會運動一次 (踏步機)
想這樣體脂多少都會降下來吧,不過一直到現在都是25.5,
飲食上我都吃得蠻清淡的,不喜歡吃甜食、不喝含糖飲料、很少吃油炸物,
是因為運動的不夠勤嗎??所以才一直都降不下來?!
p.s我胸部不大,小B而已...所以想說我這樣的體脂會不會太高了一點
問題二:
我個人是覺得以我的身高體重來說,雖然不紙片,但也算是瘦瘦的吧,
當我的膝蓋一合併起來後,大腿根部就只有一點點的空隙,在用力一點,就沒有空隙了,
我的大腿圍是21.5 (量根部),圓身人,
是因為天生的腿型加上因為圓身的關係,所以骨盆會比較窄,
大腿間要有很大的空隙的話,大腿就必須要很細很細這樣嗎??
我沒有想要減重,只想維持著這樣的身材,但我對我大腿內側還蠻有意見的,
這也是因為運動的不夠勤的關係嗎??或是說還有什麼可以輔助的呢??
像是瑜伽??或是按摩??
