[問題] 看起來變瘦了體重卻只掉了一點
由於交了男朋友之後不停的大吃
在過年之後下定決心要為了四月去墾丁減肥
(雖然現在不去了 XD )
從2/3日加入健身房後
一星期至少五天運動
每次做一小時有氧(跑步加踩腳踏車和橢圓機)
之後一百下仰臥起坐,外加一星期一節拳擊有氧
到目前為止
很明顯肚子小多了,腿也有變細
可是我體重大概只掉了兩公斤
線條漂亮固然很令我開心
可是為什麼體重卻掉那麼少呢?
不知道是我的飲食出了問題還是運動要做調整呢?
ps:我以前也有減肥過一次,可是三個月就掉了7公斤
不知道是不是跟年紀大了新陳代謝降低有關係:(
