[問題] 健身房的訓練大腿的機器
就是有2個桿子會把腿給撐開(可以調撐開幅度)
選擇重量之後 就吃力的把撐開的兩腿併攏 然後再撐開 再併攏
請問這種機器可以瘦大腿嘛= = 感覺有點像重訓的東西? 因為很累人啦@@
我這禮拜天天去健身房 跑步完就做個50下 大腿天天都很痠痛XD
希望可以讓大腿根部瘦一點才好...
PS. 這機器對面還有另一個是相反方向的
就是桿子在外側,施力點放在屁股下部分跟外側大腿
其實這個比較累...我常常做個5下就屁股發麻投降了QQ
