[問題] 每天跑十圈

我前陣子一直都有運動的習慣~~~是游泳
但最近投法被游泳池的氯給弄糟了...於是我想改慢跑
昨晚去跑了十圈 體力還ok
我跑步的時候都有戴護膝 也會做充分的暖身~~~應該不會有膝蓋受傷之疑慮
我想請問一下每天跑十圈再配合飲食 這樣的減肥效果如何呀
雖然最喜歡的是游泳 但為了我的髮質只好暫時跟游泳池say goodbye
