重訓+飲控 助四爺登打擊王
〔記者羅志朋/台南報導〕統一獅陳傑憲狀態超穩定,開季至今打擊率不曾跌破3成,昨3
局下敲安送回團隊第1分,目前以3成68打擊率高居聯盟榜首,他透露,重量訓練和飲食的
改變是關鍵。
今年獅隊新聘體能教練吳秉軒,陳傑憲指出,原本每週重訓1次,吳秉軒告訴他大聯盟選
手每週重訓2次,建議可比照辦理,公辦熱身賽開始執行,起初覺得這是艱難任務,身體
不太習慣,至今發現好處很多,即使季末也不會感到非常疲累,還是很有力量。
除了重訓頻率,飲食也有不同,陳傑憲說,林安可有請營養師打理飲食,後來將經驗分享
給他,今年比賽日戒含糖飲料和油炸食物,吃得更健康,畢竟他已30歲,照顧好身體才有
辦法打出好成績。
春訓特打 變身左投剋星
左打的陳傑憲本季對左投打擊率高達4成38,絲毫不見「左投剋左打」現象,也是全聯盟
最擅打左投的打者,他透露,近年各隊左投愈來愈強,今年春訓練球結束他特地留下來,
麻煩左投的練習生餵球給他特打,熟悉出手角度,成效反映在成績上。
