昨天金鶯美東封王的同時他們也和政府敲定一份30年的球場租約除了取得6億鎂的公共資金翻新球場外根據今天的報導 https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/2726269 The agreement includes an option for two five-year extensions and a 99-year deve lopment rights agreement for areas surrounding the ballpark, including the famou s warehouse and Camden Station. The Orioles will pay $94 million in rent over th at 99-year term. 這次金鶯也獲得球場周邊地區99年的開發權然後這99年共計要再支付9400萬美金的租金(一年平均95萬鎂) The deal also transfers operations and maintenance responsibilities for the ball park from the Stadium Authority to the Orioles.
