Mayor Anthony Williams signed off on the building of Nats Par k 16 years ago, it was done under the condition that the ballpark would also inc lu de 46,000 square feet of space for shops, services, entertainment, and art. However, since the other use space had not been completed, DCRA kept issuing t em porary certificates of occupancy. The Washington Business Journal was first to report: DCRA is done. A source tells FOX 5 this issue has to be addressed — DCRA will not issue ano th er temporary permit until Events DC goes before the city’s zoning commission to discuss its plans for the previously agreed upon space usage. There is now a hearing slated for Sept. 29th, which is also one day before the c urrent ballpark certificate of occupancy permit is set to expire. https://reurl.cc/LMVGb7 看了一下，好像是當初球場蓋好時有規定說球場擁有公司Events DC 需要開發46,000平方公尺的商店空間但Events DC一直都沒弄完而政府還是一直發臨時占用許可證給它們只是最近政府不爽了警告若不達成當初的協議，要把球場關閉惹目前的臨時占用許可證將在9/30到期 https://i.imgur.com/bpklzE4.jpg
