Two years ago Andrew Toles was arrested after he was found sleeping behind a Flo
rida airport
Once a starter in playoff games, Toles has not played in a pro game since 2018.
On Thursday the Dodgers renewed Toles' contract so he has access to health insur
ance
道奇隊近期做了一個溫馨的舉動
就是將因身心問題而離開棒球界的外野手Andrew Toles
給簽回來
但目的並不是要他重返球場
而是讓他能繼續獲得醫療保健服務和財政支持
查了一下
他最後在大聯盟出賽是2018年的事了
但在2019年被道奇放到限制名單
並在2020年6月因睡在佛州機場被捕
而後來也得知他是得了思覺失調症+躁鬱症
且在離開道奇後
多次進出心理健康機構
所以這幾年，道奇仍每年更新他的合約
讓他能持續獲得協助
