「朗神」16年大聯盟 僅進過1次傷兵

42歲的鈴木一朗仍然活躍在大聯盟,屢創紀錄,除了擁有神人級的球技,他嚴格預防受傷
也是主因。
鈴木一朗16年的大聯盟生涯,只在2009年開季進過1次傷兵名單,事實上當時鈴木一朗也
不是受傷,而是被診斷出輕微的胃潰瘍,被認為是開季前參加世界棒球經典賽壓力過大所
致。由於幾乎不曾受傷,鈴木一朗固定先發時期平均每年出賽159場,大聯盟生涯共出賽
2411場,是21世紀以來出賽最多的球員。
鈴木一朗肌肉非常柔軟,仍然做很多提升柔軟度的運動,身體夠軟Q自然不易受傷,有了
不易受傷的體質,鈴木一朗也在球場內外採取嚴防受傷的措施。鈴木一朗起床和就寢都
使用固定的動作,而進到球場後練球也都有一定的程序,絕不會一時興起搞亂順序,滑
壘也不會使用容易造成受傷的頭部滑壘。
而在休息室裡,鈴木一朗不坐沙發,因為沙發對腰部造成的負擔比較大,所以鈴木一朗只
坐硬椅,穿釘鞋時則一定把腳放在自備的小樓梯上,避免滑倒或腳踝扭傷的危險。
曾有人問鈴木一朗,為什麼如此嚴格預防受傷?鈴木一朗說:「我領這麼高的年薪,就有
