棒球是推進壘包的運動,好的跑壘可以直接幫球隊多一個壘包
跑壘是一種技術,有速度固然是優勢,
但在跑壘過程更要眼觀四方掌握球的處理狀況
只要對方外野手處理心態隨便傳個小便球,鳥安也能跑成2壘安打
而埋頭苦衝就會失去這能夠再進壘的機會
而能看穿野手接球的位置,預測野手動作
以致選擇最佳角度甚至頭部滑壘來閃過TAG OUT更是一絕
印象中職常常發生跑壘出糗的事
跑者空有速度但是判斷力極差,莫名其妙死在壘包中間
如果今天要選一個最強跑者,誰最有資格自稱台灣最強呢?

你說對,但是我總覺得有些壘指沒有考慮到球員體力就要他拚下一個壘包,
可能正常情況是能上壘,因球員體力下滑失速然後死在TAG OUT
