[請益] 跳二迴旋
小弟為增進身體的協調性 所以在打球前會先跳一下跳繩
我都是跑步跳跟正常跳 但最近有長輩要求我跳二迴旋
請問跳二迴旋有什麼幫助嗎? 還是只是累死而已XD
